a Tennessee Limited Liability Company, Petitioner,

Versus

PAMELA J. FIELDER AKA PAMELA J. SUMNER, heirs-at-law and/or next-of-kin of PAMELA J. FIELDER AKA PAMELA J. SUMNER, BETTY JO WALLACE, heirs-at-law and/or next-of-kin of BETTY JO WALLACE, JOHN M. CHAPMAN, heirs-at-law and/or next-of-kin of JOHN M. CHAPMAN and any and all persons known or unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real property described herein known as 1821 Highway 120, Stewart County, Tennessee 37023, and further identified as map and parcel 44-5.00, which is adverse to the petitioner's title, respondents.

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Motion of the Petitioner to allow service of process upon the Defendant by publication in lieu of personal service, and the Petitioner has demonstrated that the residence of the Respondents, Pamela J. Fielder AKA Pamela J. Sumner, heirs-at-law and/or next-of-kin of Pamela J. Fielder AKA Pamela J. Sumner, Betty Jo Wallace, heirs-at-law and/or next-of-kin of Betty Jo Wallace, John M. Chapman, heirs-at-law and/or next-of-kin of John M. Chapman and any and all persons known or unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real property described herein known as 1821 Highway 120, Stewart County, Tennessee 37023, and further identified as map and parcel 44-5.00, which is adverse to the petitioner's title, is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry.

Your defense must be made within (30) days from the date of the last publication of this notice, which shall be published for four consecutive weeks in the Stewart County Standard. In case of your failure to defend this action by the above date, judgment by default may be rendered against you.
