The following has been ORDERED by this Court and is to be published for four (4) consecutive weeks by the Stewart County Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in Stewart County, Tennessee:
This lawsuit seeks declaratory judgment concerning ownership of certain real estate located in the Fourth Civil District of Stewart County, assessed for taxation as Map 018, Parcel 005.01, and more particularly described in the general Warranty Deed recorded at Deed Book 300, page 284, in the Register's Office of Stewart County, Tennessee.
The subject real estate has been attached by the Court. Based on the Verified Complaint and Affidavit of Plaintiff Monte A. Smith, the Defendants either reside outside of the State of Tennessee or their identities and locations cannot be determined despite diligent inquiry; therefore, pursuant to law, it is appropriate that all Defendants be served by publication.
Therefore, by this Order of Publication of record in Minute Book O-3, Pages 244-245, Stewart County Chancery Court, the following parties are ordered to appear and answer or otherwise defend against the Complaint filed against them in this cause:

CARLA LYVONNE HAYES,
UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CARL
LAWRENCE HARRIS, AND
UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOAN
Answers or other defenses must be filed with the Stewart County Chancery Court, Honorable April J. Turner, Clerk & Master, P.O. Box 102, Stewart County Courthouse 225
Donelson Parkway, Dover, Stewart County Tennessee 37058, not later than thirty (30) days from the final publication of this Order.
The Complaint shall be deemed confessed as to all Defendants who fail to timely file an Answer or other defense, this lawsuit shall proceed ex parte as to such parties who fail to appear without further notice, and default judgment and/or other relief may be awarded to Plaintiffs.
