NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO APPLY FOR A CERTIFICATE OF NEED This is to provide official notice to the Health Facilities Commission and all interested par­ties, in accordance with T.C.A. §68-11-1601 et seq., and the Rules of the Health Facilities Commission, that KabaFusion TN, LLC , a limited liability company owned by KabaFusion Holdings, LLC with an ownership type of limited liability company and to be managed by itself intends to file an application for a Certificate of Need for the establishment of a home care organization and the initiation of home health services limited to providing and adminis­tering home infusion and injection products to patients requiring nursing and administration in the home and are pharmacy patients of pharmacies which are subsidiaries of KabaFusion Holdings, LLC . PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Environmental Assessment and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact for the Construction and Operation of an Automated Record Fire Plus (ARF+) Range and Fielding the Next Generation Squad Weapon at Fort Campbell, Kentucky The Army will accept comments on the Fort Campbell FY25 Automated Record Fire Plus Range Environmental Assessment (EA) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The EA has been prepared to facilitate National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance for construction and operation of an ARF+ at our existing Range 13/14 in Montgomery County Tennessee. The new expanded range is required to facilitate training on the new Next Generation Squad Weapons System. The EA evaluates environmental and other effects of construction and operation of the range in the Fort Campbell training area. The project would not have significant impacts on the environment resulting in a draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). The public is invited to review documents on Fort Campbell’s Environmental website, https://home.army.mil/campbell/index.php/about/Garrison/dpw/ environmental in the Public Review Documents link.
