NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE`S FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, Michael Brandon Williams executed a Deed of Trust to Matthew Williams, Trustee for the benefit of Easy Street Capital Investments, LLC, on February 1, 2022 and recorded on February 2, 2022 in Book 266, Page 533, Instrument No. 63767 in the Office of the Register of Stewart County, Tennessee. NOTICE OF MEETING OF GRAND JURY FOR STEWART COUNTY, TENNESSEE It is the duty of your Grand Jurors to investigate any public offense which they know or have reason to believe has been committed and which is triable or indictable in this county. Any person having knowledge or proof that such an offense has been committed may apply to testify before the Grand Jury subject to the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated. The Foreman in the County presently is Van Herndon , Dover, Tennessee. The Grand Jury will next meet on May 6th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the Courthouse in Dover, Tennessee. CH-2024-PR-791 Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of April 2024, Letters of Administration, in respect to the estate of Roger Dale Atkins, deceased, who died December 4, 2023, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Stewart County, Tennessee.
